A preorder allows you to reserve popular items before they arrive in stock. We use preorders to bring you the best products without overstocking, which helps us keep prices fair and quality high. When you preorder, you're securing your item at the current price, and we'll ship it to you as soon as it arrives. We'll always keep you updated on expected delivery dates.

Do you ship anywhere in South Africa?

Yes! We deliver throughout South Africa using Airmax Couriers, which means your order arrives safely and reliably. Airmax provides door-to-door delivery, real-time tracking, and quick communication if anything changes along the way. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive your tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the journey. usually takes 2-5 business days.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days with your order number and photos. We’ll replace or refund.

Can I return or exchange my item?

Yes! We want you to love what you order. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your item within 14 days of delivery, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging. Just get in touch with us and we'll guide you through the simple process. Please note that return shipping costs are for the customer's account.
