When you preorder, you're securing your item at the current price, and we'll ship it to you as soon as it arrives. We'll always keep you updated on expected delivery dates.

Yes! We deliver throughout South Africa using Airmax Couriers, which means your order arrives safely and reliably. Airmax provides door-to-door delivery, real-time tracking, and quick communication if anything changes along the way. What if my order arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days with your order number and photos. We’ll replace or refund.

Can I return or exchange my item?
